Community church, Midwest
One church, one look, every ministry
How we took a church with five ministries and five different design styles to a single visual identity, without flattening what makes each ministry unique.

01
The challenge
Kids, students, worship, groups, and weekend announcements each made their own graphics. Every screen looked different, volunteers designed from old files, and the communications director spent hours each week fixing slides instead of planning ahead.
02
Our approach
We started with a discovery call, then built one visual identity: two fonts, a tight palette, and a slide system with room for each ministry to keep its own energy. Every ministry got templates sized for stage screens, social, and the web. Then we took over weekly announcement production entirely.
03
The results
Slides are now submitted on Monday and delivered before Thursday. Every screen in the building matches. The communications director's Saturday design scramble is gone, and volunteers pull from one shared kit instead of guessing.
Your church could be next.
